Do you cover small events? Large events?

We provide coverage for events and gatherings of all sizes; from a small networking event with a handful of attendees to large gatherings such as conferences or holiday parties with thousands of attendees. We come out to capture all the important moments that happened during that day to create content for your media needs (social media, brochures, website, and other formats). We cover a range of photos from candids, group photos, people engaging with one another, keynote speakers, posed photos, and much more. If it’s happening, we’ll be there to capture it. If you absolutely need particular shots, just give us a shot list and we will make sure to capture it for you.

How will we get our photos?

All photos from the event are delivered digitally via a downloadable zip file. You also have the option to purchase a private gallery to have your photos beautifully displayed via a private link only accessible to your organization for all event attendees to view. How many photos will we get?

You will receive all the photos from the event with the minimum count of images being 30 images per hour (i.e., 4 hours=120 photos minimum). The actual amount of images you receive will vary based on the type of event, the opportunities presented, and if there is a specified shot list for the event. If there are any particular images that you need captured, please let your photographer know (i.e., company executives mingling with guests and employees, a special guest, keynote speakers, presenters, a group photo or specific team photos, etc.).

Do you travel?

You bet! We have covered events throughout Texas and out of state (Tennessee, South Dakota, and South Carolina). For events that are within Texas but outside of a Houston, you can expect the following costs: lodging, fuel, per-diem. For out-of-Texas projects, you can expect the following costs (if necessary): transportation, lodging, and per-diem (based on www.GSA.gov rates).

When can we expect to get our photos back?

The turnaround time is contingent on the package purchased at the time of booking. If you choose to OPT-OUT of post-production you can expect to receive the photos same day. If you OPT-IN for image post-production you can expect a turnaround time of two weeks depending on the level of retouching selected. This allows us time to make exposure, color, and rotation corrections to the photos in the post-production stage of the project. There is always a rush-delivery option that you can take advantage of if you do need it sooner.

Do you photoshop the images?

You have the option to opt-in or out of image post-production. If you opt-in, your event photos will be corrected for the following: straightening, color corrections, and exposure corrections; however, if you need particular photos to be photoshopped intensively (detailed retouching, removing an item, retouching a person’s face), we offer detailed image retouching at $30 per photo. Full professional retouching includes: facial changes such as wrinkle reduction and eye bags and dark circle removal, blemish and scar removal, teeth and eye whitening and brightening.

What does event coverage mean?

We will walk around the venue to capture moments during the event as they unfold. Special introductions, employees interacting, candid moments between people and friends, group photos, behind the scenes, informal portraits, and details of the decorations. In addition to event coverage, we also offer the options for a Photo Booth setup, and formal professional headshots.

How far in advance do I have to schedule?

There is no minimum lead time we require to cover your event. If we are available the next day, then we will be there. If your event is a few months away, then you can place a deposit to guarantee your session.

What do you need from us?

Very simple and basic information to start with. The date, time and location will be a good start for us. If there are any specific shots that you absolutely need, please let us know and we will make those a priority (i.e., group shots, a photo of your CEO mingling with employees, a guest speaker, action shots of staff and leaders, etc.).

Do you offer video sources?

Indeed we do! Please inquire with us when you submit your request about rates, the type of footage you require, and if you need any post-production or just raw footage.

Will everyone have access to the photos of the event?

How much do your services cost?
