We invite you to step into our professional photography studio and capture fun images with your friends, family, and colleagues at our state-of-the-art photography studio FOR FREE! This event is designed to be a fun and engaging time for anyone who participates. So come join us for a great time and learn more about what we do, and walk away with precious memories for you, your friends, and family.

Our photo studio is a playground for imagination, with a myriad of backdrops, lighting setups, and props at your disposal.   6. The Market at Sawyer Yards: This curated market hosts a mix of artist mediums with a focus on folk art. The maker is the seller & artisan crafts including packaged specialty foods. Surrounded by the highest concentration of working artists in all of Texas, the market coincides with 2nd Saturday Open Studios, when artists from The Silos at Sawyer Yards, Winter, Spring, Sabine, Summer and Silver Street Studios, open their studios to the public.

Michelle Collins is an artist currently working at Sawyer Yards Houston, Texas. She has had work featured on Anthropologie, in several books and magazine publications. simon + roosa

Conssiah Simon is an emerging artist hailing from the vibrant Houston, Texas. In a relatively short span, Conssiah has developed a distinctive artistic style that defies easy categorization. Her paintings are a fusion of abstract and realistic techniques, characterized by bold brushwork, vibrant colors, and an intuitive sense of composition.

Thuy Roosa is an abstract artist residing in Houston, Texas. Working primarily in acrylics, she blends clean lines with bursts of bold colors. Her minimalist approach to the creative process is heavily influenced by her background in graphic design. She believes in the power of simplicity and creating pieces that whisper rather than shout.

The visual artist VIII, also known as Valeria Mtz Llamosa, welcomes you in her showroom- printmaking studio. The studio 223 offers giclee printing services services and extended art solutions, along with VIII’s fine art collection, an exploration of the free-spirited and vibrant wold of pop and contemporary art! jeannE jones

Jeanne Jones is a painter and ceramicist from Houston, TX. She is interested in exploring the intersections of line and color through her techniques of pouring paint while using other media and interesting mark making to create the image she wants to convey. Nature and particularly flowers are a frequent subject of inspiration allowing her to play with ideas of combining representation and abstraction in her work. It is her expressive use of color that draws you into the work. In May 2020, she completed the Advanced Studio BLOCK Program of the Glassell School of Art, Museum of Fine Arts, Houston and in 2021 received her certificate of achievement in painting.
